No prior experience is necessary. Our beginner classes are designed for everyone. You will get to learn the basics and rhythms in a fun and encouraging way.
One should always wear comfortable clothing that would allow one to move freely and breathable fabrics to stay cool. For footwear, choose shoes with smooth soles that allow for easy turning and spinning. Avoid rubber soles or heavy sneakers.
As said, practice makes a person perfect. But still, we recommend attending classes at least 2-3 times per week for the best results. Continuity will help to improve your technique, build endurance, and achieve fitness benefits like weight management and cardiovascular health.
There isn't any need for a partner to join our Salsa classes. Our instructors often rotate partners during the class, which allows everyone to get to interact with each other and thereby learn from different partners and make new friends.
